The agreement behind every letter.
These terms govern your use of DaakMe. By using the service, creating an account or posting a letter, you agree to them.

1. Who may use DaakMe
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Use DaakMe only for yourself, provide accurate account information and keep access to your sign-in and your letter links secure.
2. What DaakMe provides
DaakMe is a fictional digital-letter experience. It simulates postal routes, waiting times, stationery and delivery rituals. It does not carry physical mail, issue postage, guarantee real-world delivery or represent India Post.
3. Your letters and private links
You keep ownership of the words you write. You give DaakMe the limited permission needed to store, process, route, display and deliver your content through the service.
Anyone holding a letter link may be able to follow and open that letter after arrival. Do not send confidential information that would cause harm if the recipient forwarded the link.
4. Your responsibilities
- Follow the Community Guidelines and applicable law.
- Contact only people you may lawfully and respectfully contact.
- Do not probe, disrupt, overload or misuse the service or another person's account.
- Do not sell accounts, private links or access to DaakMe.
5. Accounts
You sign in to the DaakMe app with your phone number, Apple or Google. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile › Delete my account); the delete account page explains what is removed and what stays.
6. Safety and enforcement
DaakMe may limit, suspend or close access; prevent delivery; or remove content when reasonably necessary to protect people, secure the service, enforce these terms or comply with a valid legal requirement. Serious or repeated violations may lead to account deletion.
7. Availability and responsibility
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features, simulated routes and arrival times may change, and interruptions may occur. To the extent permitted by law, DaakMe is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes a right or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Privacy, changes and law
The Privacy page explains how DaakMe handles your account, letters and notifications. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes that cannot be resolved directly.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@daakme.com. Safety and grievance routes are listed on the Contact page.
